Aloha from the spectacular North Shore coastline of Kauai, the Garden Island. Thank you for your interest in our lovely Cliff's studio unit 1208A which is equipped with a full kitchen, dining room and a lanai with a lovely garden view of banana trees, avocado trees, coconut palms and tropical flora. The condominium is located in a master planned community (Princeville, Kauai) which has the most beautiful tropical scenery of all the Islands.
Description Of Cliffs Studio Unit 1208A
Our condos at The Cliffs are nestled on 22 acres of paradise overlooking the
beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. The Studio unit is spacious and has a living room,
dining room, full kitchen and spacious lanai. The living room has a Queen-size
sofa-bed, separate dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, and a large lanai
facing East to the morning sunrises, with a peek of the blue Pacific Ocean through
the palm trees. A second full bath with tub and shower is located next to the
main living room area. Large locked double doors separate the living room area
from the master bedroom, allowing our Studio guests total privacy. There is
a large entry hall and utility area with a washer and dryer located at the entrance
to the unit which separates the living room area from the master bedroom area
with both double doors and the bedroom door all of which are locked. This unit
is located on the second floor. A safe is not provided in the unit for the safekeeping
of your valuables. Do not leave your valuables unattended in the unit as the
owner will not be responsible for any loss.

Booking Procedures, Rates and Payment Options
Please fill out either the registration form or inquiry form on our web site
if you wish to start the booking process or require more information on a
unit. If you book for one week or more and you pay by check or money order
we permit the payment of a deposit of 50% to book and the balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. For bookings of less than a week the full
amount is due upon the completion of the booking. All you have to do to complete
your booking is either pay the deposit by credit card, or forward your deposit
check payable to Robert C. Estes to 109 Summerside Circle, Danville, CA 94526,
or call us at (808) 652-2276.
If you wish to pay by credit card you may do so on our web site by completing the registration form and following the directions for a credit card payment online, or you can call us with credit card information at (808) 652-2276, or toll free at 1-877-362-9916, or fax it to us at 925-820-7710. We accept major credit cards. To completed the booking when paying by credit card the full amount is due and payable at the time of booking unless the booking is for 7 days or more (50% is then permitted). You may also make your payment using PayPal on our web site.

As guests at The Cliffs, you are entitled to golf discounts (click here for Golf Rates) on all North shore courses, including the world class 27-hole Makai Course (ranked 5th in the Islands) and 18- hole Prince Course which is ranked number one in Hawaii Golf Digest. The Cliffs features four tennis courts, a large pool, two Jacuzzi's, and a spa. The facility also includes a putting green and sand bunker, recreation room, BBQ area both at the pool and in the lovely Gazebo overlooking the blue Pacific. Condobob's Facts On Kauai Beaches.
The very best beaches in all Hawaii are
located only 5 minutes from the bluffs of Princeville. They offer excellent
snorkeling, scuba diving, wind surfing and kayaking. You can also kayak up
the nearby rivers that connect the waterfalls to the ocean. You can also hike
the Kalalau Trail on the Napali Coast which is located on the North Shore of
Kauai and see the breathtaking views of the mountains, waterfalls and the ocean.
The North Shore of Kauai has some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere in
the world.
Basically Kauai is a natures' paradise. The most beautiful areas are still pristine areas with no houses or hotels and the better beaches are generally not accessible directly from condos, like Lumahai beach where scenes of South Pacific were filmed, or Secret Beach and many others. You must search them out and go to them and one cannot live right next to them close to the beach. Some are a 1/2 mile walk from the roadway and others are a few hundred yards down a slope or through the trees, etc.
In my personal opinion, if you want to visit other beaches on other parts of the Island of Kauai, the Marriott Hotel located in Lihue has the best Hotel beach on Kauai at Kalapaki Beach, and it is free and accessible by all visitors. Jan and I go there when we want to be close to things beautiful like the Marriot and yet far away by ourselves on a little section of lovely beach in an Island Paradise. If you want more private beaches you need to go to the ones I have mentioned. As referred to earlier, our very favorite private beach is 5 minutes from Princeville and is located in Hanalei Bay which has 3 miles of white sand coral free beach, and seldom has over 50 people on the entire beach. There are a few mansions around but it is still private to a major degree.
The North Shore of Kauai, near Princeville, has more of the best beaches in
all Hawaii than on any other Island. It is 8 miles to the end of the road
from Princeville and it is a nature's wonderland and a beach lover's paradise.
You will find lovely Ke'e Beach at the very end of the road in a park setting
where the Kalalau Trail commences. It is great for snorkeling and for little
ones as the beach area inside the reefs and coral is wave free and a giant
tide pool that is crystal clear.
Kauai is not like Waikiki Beach or Kanapali Beach, all great beaches, but they are often filled with thousands of people. Kauai's beaches are more hidden and exclusive and represent an adventure to search out, find, and visit. It can be an all day experience where you pack a lunch and beverages and go with a sun umbrella and lots of sunscreen to be with and enjoy nature in a special, private and secluded way.
If you really want to walk a beach located next to a great Hotel, the Marriott Hotel in Lihue is the best on Kauai. Of course, the Princeville Hotel is a must to see and visit along with its more modest beach. It is truly a World Class Hotel in every respect and a great place to dine at evening time on the lanai at Hanalei Café and watch the sunset turn into night over beautiful Hanalei Bay and the Hanalei mountains.

The rate for one week at the Cliffs Resort for a one bedroom unit is from $399 - $699, plus a Kauai tax of 16.41% , including an energy tax, and cleaning fee which must be added to the base weekly amount . Check our rate sheet for our cancellation policy and the additional rates per person staying in unit over the base amount indicated.

Your confirmation of availability will be on a first-come, first-served basis after the reservation request form is received and the required payment is made. We will reply immediately as to your request's acceptability. If you have never been to the Garden Island of Kauai, you are in for a treat of a lifetime. Finally, as most condos do not have safes in the unit for deposit of your valuables, we recommend that you leave them at home except for the ones you will wear daily. We also recommend that you carry your valuables and cash with you at all times and do not leave them in the condo unattended when you are on excursions.
