Delivery Method: All booking transactions for our
vacation rental units in Kauai are confirmed by e-mail within
24 hours of the booking date using the e-mail address which
was supplied on the registration form, or with your personal
request for a booking. You should print out the complete set
of e-mail confirmation letters and take them to Kauai with
you, as you will need the directions to the unit and the
lock box number to obtain the key to enter the unit. You
do need to not check in at any office but you should proceed
directly to the unit and obtain the key from the small lock
box located beside the door to the unit. Upon departing you
should open the lock box and replace the key to avoid a $25
lost key charge.Your contacts while in Kauai will be found
on the booking letters sent to you by e-mail. Thank you for

Description of Condo Unit
The Cliffs at Princeville is nestled on 22 acres of paradise overlooking the beautiful
blue Pacific Ocean. The resort complex features many on-site amenities, including gas
grills, two tennis courts, a full-size volleyball/badminton court, a half-court basketball
court, two shuffleboard courts and a children’s playground. The Cliffs Resort offers many
amenities including a swimming pool, spa for adults, Club House with internet access, and
a putting green with sand traps.
This spacious Second Floor Studio Unit features a King size bed, desk and dressers and a
private 200 Square Foot Lanai which faces the green mountains and waterfalls, Bali Hai, and
the famous Kauai sunsets. A small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and
plates/silverware/glasses are provided. A safe is provided in the unit. The owner will not be
responsible for any loss resulting from the use of this safe. The unit includes cable TV, a
radio/CD player, a VHS/DVD player (movie rentals are available for a nominal fee at the Cliff’s
reception desk) and a phone with free local calls. There is a ceiling fan in the unit. There
is a washer and dryer located in the entry hall that leads to the unit’s front door. The laundry
facility is shared with one other unit whose doorway is across the hall.
The above amount indicated for the days you have selected includes
the base price for the unit plus all taxes and the cleaning fee,
and represents the total price for the days selected. If you qualify
for the installment payment election you may pay a 50% installment
payment at the time of booking, and the balance 60 days prior to
your arrival date. Bookings of less than 7 days do not qualify for
the 50% installment payment and the full amount is due and payable
at the time of the booking.
You will note that the above schedule permits the 50% installment
payments only for 7 days, 14 days and one month. If you book for
more than 7 days and the 50% installment option is not provided
in the schedule, you may call CondoBob at 808-652-2276 and make
your credit card payment directly to him and request the 50%
installment basis. Otherwise you can pay the full amount indicated
all in one payment.
