Policies Delivery Method: All booking transactions for our vacation rental units in Kauai are confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours of the booking date using the e-mail address which was supplied on the registration form, or with your personal request for a booking. You should print out the complete set of e-mail confirmation letters and take them to Kauai with you, as you will need the directions to the unit and the lock box number to obtain the key to enter the unit. You do need to not check in at any office but you should proceed directly to the unit and obtain the key from the small lock box located beside the door to the unit. Upon departing you should open the lock box and replace the key to avoid a $25 lost key charge.Your contacts while in Kauai will be found on the booking letters sent to you by e-mail. Description of Condo Unit Our lovely two bedroom condo at the Sandpiper Village is nestled on several acres of paradise on the Cliffs of Princeville. The unit is spacious with a large master suite containing a king sized bed, full tub & shower, a private lanai and views of the green mountains, Bali Hai, and in Summer, the famous Kauai sunsets. The living room, with a Queen-sized sofa bed, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen, also includes a glass top dining room table with marble base and four stuffed wicker chairs, a fully furnished kitchen with a new glass top range and self cleaning oven, dishwasher and large refrigerator. A second bedroom in the lovely condo has a queen bed and large shower and is located next to the main living room area and has its own private lanai, shower, TV, CD player, table and chairs and a glass top table on its own private lanai with a mini kitchen which includes a coffee pot and toaster, small refrigerator and microwave. The condo also contains overhead plantation fans in every room, three cable T/V's, one in each bedroom and one in the living room, a CD player and VCR and an oversized washer and dryer in the unit. The unit comes completely furnished with all linens and kitchen appliances, including a built in microwave located over the stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and flatware. Our two bedroom condo also has new wall to wall carpets throughout with new tile on both lanais and it has a living room that was recently upgraded with new sofa and chair upholstery, and it has great tropical landscaping located around both lanais and just outside the living room windows that can be seen from inside the unit. A safe is not provided in the unit for the safekeeping of your valuables. Do not leave your valuables unattended in the unit as the owner will not be responsible for any loss. The above amount indicated for the days you have selected includes the base price for the unit plus all taxes and the cleaning fee, and represents the total price for the days selected. If you qualify for the installment payment election you may pay a 50% installment payment at the time of booking, and the balance 60 days prior to your arrival date. Bookings of less than 7 days do not qualify for the 50% installment payment and the full amount is due and payable at the time of the booking. You will note that the above schedule permits the 50% installment payments only for 7 days, 14 days and one month. If you book for more than 7 days and the 50% installment option is not provided in the schedule, you may call CondoBob at 808-652-2276 and make your credit card payment directly to him and request the 50% installment basis. Otherwise you can pay the full amount indicated all in one payment.
