Policies Delivery Method: All booking transactions for our vacation rental units in Kauai are confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours of the booking date using the e-mail address which was supplied on the registration form, or with your personal request for a booking. You should print out the complete set of e-mail confirmation letters and take them to Kauai with you, as you will need the directions to the unit and the lock box number to obtain the key to enter the unit. You do need to not check in at any office but you should proceed directly to the unit and obtain the key from the small lock box located beside the door to the unit. Upon departing you should open the lock box and replace the key to avoid a $25 lost key charge.Your contacts while in Kauai will be found on the booking letters sent to you by e-mail. Description of Condo Unit Our lovely Sandpiper Village ground level two bedroom, two bath condo, sleeps 4-6, and features carpets throughout. Unit 137 AB is highlighted with new furniture and bed frames and bedding and is tastefully decorated. Unit 137 is owned by a Los Angeles family who use this property during the year as their own vacation home, As such, this unit retains the unique feel of a true home as opposed to a full time rental property. You'll find a well appointed kitchen in our condo which features all items you might expect to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable, and it includes an electric range, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots and pans and all are complete quality matching sets, as you might expect in your own home. As an added convenience, the A side features a washer and dryer, which helps to manage the beach sand and Kauai red dirt that is bound to make its way home with you. Both sides also feature a mini stereo. Two sizeable lanais each with comfortable tables and outdoor seating, perfect for starting the day out with a cup of coffee in the morning, or relaxing at the end of the day. You'll find the 2 bedrooms outfitted with a king bed in the master bedroom and a full sized bed in the second bedroom with name brand mattresses. The bedrooms also each have TV/ DVD players as does the living room on the A side. There are clock radios in each bedroom, as well. An "easy" mile to the Princeville hotel makes luxury dining a stroll away, a mile in the other direction to the Princeville Shopping Center with cute shops and a full grocery store. Quaint Hanalei Town 5 minutes away, beach 5 minutes away. And on still nights, enjoy the sound of waves crashing at Queen Emma's bath! A safe is not provided in the unit for the safekeeping of your valuables. Do not leave your valuables unattended in the unit as the owner will not be responsible for any loss. The above amount indicated for the days you have selected includes the base price for the unit plus all taxes and the cleaning fee, and represents the total price for the days selected. If you qualify for the installment payment election you may pay a 50% installment payment at the time of booking, and the balance 60 days prior to your arrival date. Bookings of less than 7 days do not qualify for the 50% installment payment and the full amount is due and payable at the time of the booking. You will note that the above schedule permits the 50% installment payments only for 7 days, 14 days and one month. If you book for more than 7 days and the 50% installment option is not provided in the schedule, you may call CondoBob at 808-652-2276 and make your credit card payment directly to him and request the 50% installment basis. Otherwise you can pay the full amount indicated all in one payment.
