Delivery Method: All booking transactions for our vacation rental units
in Kauai are confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours of the booking date using the
e-mail address which was supplied on the registration form, or with your personal
request for a booking. You should print out the complete set of e-mail confirmation
letters and take them to Kauai with you, as you will need the directions to the
unit and the lock box number to obtain the key to enter the unit. You do need
to not check in at any office but you should proceed directly to the unit and
obtain the key from the small lock box located beside the door to the unit. Upon
departing you should open the lock box and replace the key to avoid a $25 lost
key charge.Your contacts while in Kauai will be found on the booking letters sent

Description of Condo Unit
Our one bedroom studio unit at The Sandpiper is nestled on several acres of paradise
on the Cliffs of Princeville overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. This
ground level freshly re-decorated unit is roomy and has a lovely large bedroom
with spacious shower, telephone (free local calls), and a full-sized bed with
a TV/DVD player and mini stereo. The studio opens onto a beautiful open air enclosed
lanai containing a table and chairs, small refrigerator, and a baker's rack holding
a microwave oven. Inside, there is a fully stocked closet, with a toaster, coffee
maker, dishes and flatware, and a box fan. This cozy unit
is perfect for the active visitors who need a nice place to stay when not out
doing sports and enjoying the beauty of Kauai. The Sandpiper complex has a large
pool and Jacuzzi and Weber gas grills. A safe is not provided in the unit for
the safekeeping of your valuables. Do not leave your valuables unattended in the
unit, as the owner will not be responsible for any loss.
The above amount indicated for the days you have selected includes the base price
for the unit plus all taxes and the cleaning fee, and represents the total price
for the days selected. If you qualify for the installment payment election you
may pay a 50% installment payment at the time of booking, and the balance 60 days
prior to your arrival date. Bookings of less than 7 days do not qualify for the
50% installment payment and the full amount is due and payable at the time of
the booking.
You will note that the above schedule permits the 50% installment payments only
for 7 days, 14 days and one month. If you book for more than 7 days and the 50%
installment option is not provided in the schedule, you may call CondoBob at 808-652-2276
and make your credit card payment directly to him and request the 50% installment
basis. Otherwise you can pay the full amount indicated all in one payment.
