Policies Delivery Method: All booking transactions for our vacation rental units in Kauai are confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours of the booking date using the e-mail address which was supplied on the registration form, or with your personal request for a booking. You should print out the complete set of e-mail confirmation letters and take them to Kauai with you, as you will need the directions to the unit and the lock box number to obtain the key to enter the unit. You do need to not check in at any office but you should proceed directly to the unit and obtain the key from the small lock box located beside the door to the unit. Upon departing you should open the lock box and replace the key to avoid a $25 lost key charge.Your contacts while in Kauai will be found on the booking letters sent to you by e-mail. Description of Condo Unit Our spacious and comfortable two bedroom/two bathroom, 1200 square foot condo located at the sought-after Kamahana development features a distant view of the ocean on the horizon and nestled on several acres of paradise on the bluffs of Princeville. The unit is light, airy and open with a newly decorated, large master suite with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, full tub & shower, private lanai and views of the ocean and lush, green mountains, as well as the Princeville Makai award-winning golf course out the hexagonal master suite windows. The unit features a fully furnished kitchen with a new range, dishwasher and large refrigerator, living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette area that faces the Sunset. The second bedroom and full bathroom is down the hallway and features two newly decorated twin beds for guests or to keep the kids just far enough away from the master suite so they can do their own thing. The condo contains overhead plantation fans in every room, a cable T/V with VCR and has a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. The unit comes completely furnished with all kitchen appliances including a microwave located on the countertop, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and flatware. The grounds are well landscaped and maintained and feature a private pool, patio and BBQ area to entertain your guest or spend a nice night with your family. Enjoy our place and make sure to sign the guest book. Let us book your next stay on the North Shore of Kauai where the pristine beaches and tropical breezes await your stay. A safe is not provided in the unit for the safekeeping of your valuables. Do not leave your valuables unattended in the unit as the owner will not be responsible for any loss. The above amount indicated for the days you have selected includes the base price for the unit plus all taxes and the cleaning fee, and represents the total price for the days selected. If you qualify for the installment payment election you may pay a 50% installment payment at the time of booking, and the balance 60 days prior to your arrival date. Bookings of less than 7 days do not qualify for the 50% installment payment and the full amount is due and payable at the time of the booking. You will note that the above schedule permits the 50% installment payments only for 7 days, 14 days and one month. If you book for more than 7 days and the 50% installment option is not provided in the schedule, you may call CondoBob at 808-652-2276 and make your credit card payment directly to him and request the 50% installment basis. Otherwise you can pay the full amount indicated all in one payment.
