Delivery Method: All booking transactions for our vacation rental units
in Kauai are confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours of the booking date using the
e-mail address which was supplied on the registration form, or with your personal
request for a booking. You should print out the complete set of e-mail confirmation
letters and take them to Kauai with you, as you will need the directions to the
unit and the lock box number to obtain the key to enter the unit. You do need
to not check in at any office but you should proceed directly to the unit and
obtain the key from the small lock box located beside the door to the unit. Upon
departing you should open the lock box and replace the key to avoid a $25 lost
key charge.Your contacts while in Kauai will be found on the booking letters sent

Description of Condo Unit
Our lovely comfortable one bedroom and loft condo at the Sandpiper Village with
a view of the lawn and pool is nestled on several acres of paradise on the Cliffs
of Princeville. The unit is spacious with a large master suite and a king sized
bed, full tub & shower, private lanai and views of the lawn and pool. The living
room, with a Queen-sized sofa bed, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen, also
includes a glass top dining room table and four chairs, a fully furnished kitchen
with a new glass top range, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The loft also has
two twin beds and one half bath with a good view of the Sandpiper lawn and pool.
The condo contains overhead plantation fans in every room, DSL for laptop computers,
two cable T/V's, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, a CD player and
VCR and an oversized washer and dryer in the unit. The unit comes completely furnished
with all kitchen appliances including a built in microwave located over the stove,
coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and flatware. Our one bedroom and loft
condo also has new wall to wall carpets throughout with tile on the lanai and
a living room that was recently upgraded with sofa and chairs and it has beautiful
tropical landscaping around the grounds, which includes a large lovely pool and
barbecues. A safe is not provided in the unit for the safekeeping of your valuables.
Do not leave your valuables unattended in the unit as the owner will not be responsible
for any loss.
The above amount indicated for the days you have selected includes the base price
for the unit plus all taxes and the cleaning fee, and represents the total price
for the days selected. If you qualify for the installment payment election you
may pay a 50% installment payment at the time of booking, and the balance 60 days
prior to your arrival date. Bookings of less than 7 days do not qualify for the
50% installment payment and the full amount is due and payable at the time of
the booking.
You will note that the above schedule permits the 50% installment payments only
for 7 days, 14 days and one month. If you book for more than 7 days and the 50%
installment option is not provided in the schedule, you may call CondoBob at 808-652-2276
and make your credit card payment directly to him and request the 50% installment
basis. Otherwise you can pay the full amount indicated all in one payment. |
