Delivery Method: All booking transactions for our vacation rental units
in Kauai are confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours of the booking date using the
e-mail address which was supplied on the registration form, or with your personal
request for a booking. You should print out the complete set of e-mail confirmation
letters and take them to Kauai with you, as you will need the directions to the
unit and the lock box number to obtain the key to enter the unit. You do need
to not check in at any office but you should proceed directly to the unit and
obtain the key from the small lock box located beside the door to the unit. Upon
departing you should open the lock box and replace the key to avoid a $25 lost
key charge.Your contacts while in Kauai will be found on the booking letters sent

Description of Condo Unit
Our lovely comfortable one bedroom and loft condo at the Sandpiper Village with
a view of the ocean on the horizon is nestled on several acres of paradise on
the Cliffs of Princeville. The unit is spacious with a large Master suite and
a King size bed, full tub & shower, and large private lanai. There is a full-kitchen
with dishwasher and large refrigerator. The living room features a sofa-bed, and
the dining area has a glass topped table. The loft has twin beds and its own half
bath and a good view out over the Palm Trees of Princeville to the ocean on the
horizon. The second bedroom contains a queen sized bed, armoire, TV, CD Player,
bathroom with shower, separate private lanai with table and chairs, microwave,
coffee pot, toaster and small refrigerator.
The condo has overhead plantation fans in every room, DSL for laptop computers
with wireless capability, three cable T/V's, one in the each bedroom and one in
the living room, a CD player and an oversized washer and dryer in the unit. The
unit comes completely furnished with kitchen appliances including a built in microwave
located over the stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and flatware. The
grounds at Sandpiper Village feature tropical landscaping and a lovely pool, hot
tub and grill area set off a lawn with Palm Trees. A safe is not provided in the
unit for the safekeeping of your valuables. Do not leave your valuables unattended
in the unit as the owner will not be responsible for any loss.
The above amount indicated for the days you have selected includes the base price
for the unit plus all taxes and the cleaning fee, and represents the total price
for the days selected. If you qualify for the installment payment election you
may pay a 50% installment payment at the time of booking, and the balance 60 days
prior to your arrival date. Bookings of less than 7 days do not qualify for the
50% installment payment and the full amount is due and payable at the time of
the booking.
You will note that the above schedule permits the 50% installment payments only
for 7 days, 14 days and one month. If you book for more than 7 days and the 50%
installment option is not provided in the schedule, you may call CondoBob at 808-652-2276
and make your credit card payment directly to him and request the 50% installment
basis. Otherwise you can pay the full amount indicated all in one payment. |
