Delivery Method: All booking transactions for our
vacation rental units in Kauai are confirmed by e-mail within
24 hours of the booking date using the e-mail address which
was supplied on the registration form, or with your personal
request for a booking. You should print out the complete set
of e-mail confirmation letters and take them to Kauai with
you, as you will need the directions to the unit and the
lock box number to obtain the key to enter the unit. You
do need to not check in at any office but you should proceed
directly to the unit and obtain the key from the small lock
box located beside the door to the unit. Upon departing you
should open the lock box and replace the key to avoid a $25
lost key charge.Your contacts while in Kauai will be found
on the booking letters sent to you by e-mail. Thank you for

Description of Condo Unit
Our beautiful Cliffs one bedroom units
(5205 Cliffs oceanfront unit, 7201 Cliffs oceanfront unit and our Cliffs garden view unit
1208AB) have a spacious 1,100 square feet of living space with
a very large master suite with a king bed, queen sofa bed in
the living room, two full baths with tub and shower, two TV's,
CD player, and VCR, full kitchen, over the stove microwave unit,
dining room with table and four chairs, and units 7201 and 5205 have DSL for
laptop computers installed and unit 1208AB has dial up available. From
the lanais in 1208AB you can view Bali Hai, and the famous Kauai
sunsets and a beautiful tropical garden setting. All three units have
spacious living rooms and a large lanai with a table and 4 chairs.
The living room and kitchen side of units 7201 and 5205 face the blue Pacific
Ocean where you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and
the dancing whales when in season. All three units are located on the
second floor and are very private and quiet. A safe
is not provided in the unit for the safekeeping of your valuables.
Do not leave your valuables unattended in the unit as the owner
will not be responsible for any loss.
The above amount indicated for the days you have selected includes
the base price for the unit plus all taxes and the cleaning fee,
and represents the total price for the days selected. If you qualify
for the installment payment election you may pay a 50% installment
payment at the time of booking, and the balance 60 days prior to
your arrival date. Bookings of less than 7 days do not qualify for
the 50% installment payment and the full amount is due and payable
at the time of the booking.
You will note that the above schedule permits the 50% installment
payments only for 7 days, 14 days and one month. If you book for
more than 7 days and the 50% installment option is not provided
in the schedule, you may call CondoBob at 808-652-2276 and make
your credit card payment directly to him and request the 50%
installment basis. Otherwise you can pay the full amount indicated
all in one payment.
