Condobob’s Condos Comply with Kauai Vacation Rental Rules

In compliance with the laws of Kauai, all of our condos have been registered as transit vacation rentals (TVR's) with the appropriate governmental authorities and each unit has been issued a license number and is an approved transit vacation rental unit in Princeville. Under the law, Princeville is the only approved Visitor Destination Area (VDA) located on the North Shore of Kauai.

No licenses will be issued for condos operating outside the designated VDA’s in residential and other areas unless a Nonconforming Use Certificate is first obtained.
